State licensing records show RS-0022665 is a salesperson license issued to a different individual, closed, and expired April 30, 2020, two years before the May 6, 2022 closing. At the time of closing, the Linda Vista Real Estate main office held an active office permit (RM-0010665), and its broker of record held two active broker licenses (RB-0020840, RB-0031100). Neither appears on the documents.
